Returns and Exchanges


You can change the items purchased through Igochi Online Shop within fifteen weekdays with the invoice of your purchase.

The changes will be treated as a new order. To do this, the user must process a return request for refund of the amount.

Any product purchased via Igochi Online Shop that has been customized or part of a special pre-booking is not subject to political exchanges and returns.


If you wish to Return an item purchased through Igochi Online Shop, you can do so within 15 weekdays from receipt of order. It may be sent by any means that ensures that the right of withdrawal has been exercised before the deadline (by the seal of the courier company to use for the return or at the date of the registered mail). The package must include a copy of the purchasing invoice. Transport is at constumer’s costs. Igochi won’t accept any free on board pack. Igochi is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or sent after the deadline items that you wish to return to Igochi Online Shop. The customer is responsible, in this case, of any risk that can be encountered during the delivery. 

The refund will be paid within a maximum of five weekdays from receipt and after the approbation of the declaration. And it will be done on the same card or PayPal account with which the payment had been made. In case of bank transfer or cash, you must provide a bank account number for refund. This refund does not include the expenses of the initial sending.

Any product purchased through Igochi Online Shop that has been customized is not subject to the returns policy and trade.

Street stores can not make returns of products purchased through Igochi Online Shop as well as the other way around.
